Do I need to be experienced to work with me? +
Absolutely not. I work with complete beginners through to experienced lifters. Your programme is built from scratch around your current level — if you're just starting out, we start there. What matters is your commitment, not your experience.
How quickly will I see results? +
Most clients notice real, visible changes within 4–8 weeks. The timeline depends on your goals, consistency, and starting point. I'll set realistic expectations during onboarding so you always know what to aim for and when to expect it.
What if I only have access to a home gym or limited equipment? +
No problem at all. Your training programme is built around whatever equipment you have available — whether that's a full commercial gym, a home setup with dumbbells, or even bodyweight only. You don't need a fancy gym to get great results.
Can I cancel at any time? +
Yes — all plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel any time before your next billing date with no questions asked and no fees. I want you to stay because you're getting results, not because you're trapped.
How does the nutrition guide work? Do I have to follow a strict diet? +
I use a flexible dieting approach — you'll get personalised calorie and macro targets along with food guidelines that fit around your preferences and lifestyle. No weird meal plans, no foods you hate. Just a sustainable system that actually works long-term.
How do I communicate with you? +
1-1 Coaching clients get direct WhatsApp access to me personally. Tailored Plan clients receive a structured check-in form. All clients get access to a private coaching portal where your plans, videos, and progress are all stored in one place.
Is online coaching as effective as in-person training? +
For the vast majority of people — yes, and often more so. Online coaching gives you a programme built with more thought and detail than a rushed gym session, plus consistent accountability between sessions. The top athletes in the world use remote coaches. The method works.
